Sky sat on his bed watching his roommate. He hadn’t said much about his capture, which Sky was grateful for. Running out to the docks and finding that Bridge was gone...it was one of the worse days of his life.

Bridge pulled his jacket off and stretched, then rolled his shoulders. Sky heard something audibly pop. He imagined that all that straining he’d done in slowing down the wall had probably left him pretty tense and sore.

He got up silently and crossed the room, lightly placing his hands on Bridge’s shoulders as he began to work out the series of knots he found there. His shoulders were a mess; it was a wonder he didn’t have a massive headache from all the tension there.

Bridge sighed lightly as Sky continued to work on him, the muscles beneath his hands slowly relaxing. Sky kept at it, doing his best to get out all the kinks when Bridge swayed slightly. Bracing his teammate, he stopped and peered over Bridge’s shoulder. The Green Ranger looked to be half-asleep and was likely to nod off completely at any second.

Sky gently pushed him onto his bed, Bridge practically fell onto it; sighing lightly and snuggling his pillow. Sky smiled a bit and pulled off Bridge’s shoes, then drew the covers over his sleeping roommate.

He wandered back to his side of the room and finished changing for the night, sending one last glance in Bridge’s direction. He was glad that Bridge was back safe and sound, after all this time together, he’d didn’t think he could stand to sleep alone.
